Once a scientific atheist, I lost everything I loved most in a horrific car accident. In the moments after death, I was taken to a place that shattered everything I thought I knew.

The journey back to life—and the battle through grief, trauma, and phenomena I once believed impossible—opened me to a deeper understanding of what exists beyond this human experience.

Now, thrust into a reality filled with uncanny synchronicities and bizarre, unexplainable events, I find myself slowly unpacking these experiences through the lens of science, piecing together what has been right in front of me all along.

Anger gave me the sword. But love… love gave me the sunflower.
